The Holiday Project
990 2014 -- Code 1732
“What a privilege it was to take part in The Holiday Project. I had never heard of the organization before. It was so-well planned and I know the time spent with those in the nursing homes is something that many of us will long remember. There were so many touching experiences with those we met -- a lady celebrating her 100th birthday, a married couple who had decorated their rooms, a little lady who proudly had her art work displayed in her small room, a retired military gentleman with a picture taken in his younger years, and many others. More than one of us had a catch in our throats and a tear in our eyes. Thank you for your efforts in making this possible-it gives true meaning to the spirit of the season.”
The Holiday Project has no paid staff nor office. We operate with a small budget of less than $5,000 annually.
